Payment
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and major credit card payments (American Express, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa).

Shipping
We ship items to over 100 countries worldwide. 
※P.O. box and U.S. military base (APO or FPO) cannot be shipped.

Shipping Carriers
EMS, DHL, and Fedex. We use a best carrier depending on your location.

Shipping Fee
Shipping fee is free but any customs fees, import duties, VAT, and sales taxes are NOT INCLUDED in the item price and these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Address
We only ship to the confirmed address registered on your order. Please note that we do not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused by shipping to incorrect addresses provided by buyers.  

Processing & Delivery Times
Items will be shipped within 1～2 business days after the confirmation of the payment. All items are shipped from Japan and Delivery usually takes about 5～10 business days.

Tracking Information
Once we dispatch your order, we will sent you an email with Tracking Number. This number allows you to monitor your shipment's progress either on our website or directly on the carrier's website.

Duties, Taxes, & Other Fees
Please note that any customs fees, import duties, VAT, and sales taxes are NOT INCLUDED in the item price and these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Signature Required Upon Delivery
All packages are shipped with a signature required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the package.

Cancellation
We sell items in our retail store at the same time so please understand that your order could be cancelled if its item has been already sold in the store.
